Madewell try on session!


It's the Madewell Insider Event and it's THE time to shop Madewell! Size: I am short in my usual size. Fits true to size.
Thoughts: This is really nice in person (the online photo is so-so) and it's PERFECT if you live further south and want a fall look without a heavy sweater. It's a perfect connector.
Keep or Return: I will return this. I think we're just out of the midseason, we seemed to have jumped straight into full fall sweater mode here in Michigan.

Size: In keeping with the size, I'm small in my usual size. You could also increase one size for a more roomy fit.
Thoughts: I love that! Such a classic Madewell sweater with beautiful waffle details and super soft fabric. I've already worn it and love it. It's a great base for fall and layers good too. And every opportunity to wear leggings these days, I suppose, so it's nice to know that it works with leggings too. You can see it styled with joggers too HERE.

Thoughts: This is GORGEOUS. I can say it will be a big favorite this season already. It's warm and cozy and super flattering with a V-neck. And I love the button detail!

Size: I'm usually a 26 or 27 in Madewell jeans and I always take a 27 in my skinnies. They are super comfortable and perfectly stretchable with a waist that is not too high.
Thoughts: I love these and needed a new pair of black jeans. If they're up for sale, it's a good time to get your hands on them.
Keep or return: keep! Simple and classic, and they will get a lot of wear and tear.

Size: True to size. I am my usual size.
Thoughts: I really wanted to love this one. I love their style and wanted to add this style to my wardrobe, but the material felt very stiff to me and personally they just didn't get me excited as much as I hoped.
